If you are or have ever been interested in serving as a Trustee on the Library Board, now may be your time. Library Trustees are elected positions which are voted on at the consolidated general election. The next consolidated general election is April 1, 2025. Residents of the library district wishing to run for library trustee, must complete a nominating petition packet which includes obtaining signatures from other residents of the library district and completing various forms to appear on the ballot for the consolidated general election. Candidates must obtain a minimum of 50 signatures to appear on the ballot (which is less than 2% of the total votes cast in the 2023 election) Click on the link below to the official canvas for WCPLD in the last election.
